- Reliability – I pride myself on
being consistent and dependable. I
can always be counted on to do my part. - Determination - I am always
willing to do whatever it takes to get something done correctly, and don’t
stop until I’ve achieved my goals. - Open to experience – I enjoy learning
and experiencing new things. I am
drawn toward new opportunities - Analytical & meticulous - I
am able to analyze a situation in depth and discover new ways of solving
problems by looking at things from different perspectives. - Hardworking/Dedicated – I am driven
to put in the effort needed to get something done and see it through to
the best of my ability.

I feel that my self-view matched up with how the interviewees saw me. It was good to see my perceptions of myself
matched up with others and their assessments.
Overall, I feel their observations were unsurprisingly accurate and very
insightful. I would keep the list the
same and feel it’s very accurate. After
all, these are the family/friends that have known me the longest.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I’ve read from your posts you seem to have a bent towards finance. Have you thought about minoring in finance or accounting perhaps?
Your self-perception and that of your family/friends was great to read. Each of those skills will carry you through the ups and downs of your work life. Robert COllier said that success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.
